Won't Get Fooled Again...

The song, “Won’t Get Fooled Again”, was recorded and released by the British rock band, The Who, in 1971.  According to the song's writer, guitarist Pete Towshend, it was a critical observation regarding revolution and power. I didn't understand much about that at the tender age of 15; I just liked the power chords, the magnificent drum solo and Roger Daltry’s culminating scream! 


Ironically, little did I know, back then ,that there would be plenty of opportunities for me to get Fooled Again.  These stories are a reminder that there many times that I have played the fool...
